We – representatives of the Civil Society of Russia, working in particular for develop-ment of Jewish self-identification, greet the participants of this most important and actual Public Forum. History proved not once that no serious problem may be resolved exclu-sively by State institutions without support of responsible civil initiatives. We are sure that this Forum will prove to be strong stimulus for activation of work in support of Ali-yah and of fair integration of new repatriates.
